Happy Monday! How was your weekend? I finally got to see Moonrise Kingdom, and was swept off my feet. It was fantastic. Go watch it if you haven’t: it’s beautifully shot, funny, and just plain campy.
So…t-minus a week (and some change) till the official Stars, Stripes, and Fireworks holiday. It’s only appropriate for this week’s roundup to be focused on the Fourth. And looks like there’s more you can do to celebrate this holiday than to make that flag-shaped pound cake with blueberries, strawberries and Cool Whip!
